Recommended:

• For the regulation of the female hormonal profile, normalisation of the menstrual cycle and reduction of symptoms of hyperandrogenism (hirsutism, skin rashes (acne), alopecia) in the reproductive age;
• To promote full oocyte maturation and improve the physiological conditions for a woman to achieve pregnancy.

Benefits

• D-chiro-inositol (40:1) increases the intrauterine concentration of myo-inositol, which in combination with folic acid (Quatrefolic®) and the antioxidants melatonin and vitamin D3, helps to reduce peripheral hyperinsulinaemia (polycystic ovary syndrome - PCOS) and restore spontaneous ovarian function.
• May reduce symptoms associated with arsecondary hormonal disorders and PCOS, such as hirsutism and skin rashes (acne), after a 6-month cycle of use.
• Folic acid also helps to normalise the menstrual cycle and, together with other B vitamins (B6 and B12), helps to lower blood levels of homocysteine. In various studies, high levels of this
  blood levels of the amino acid (hyperhomocysteinemia) 3 are associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and have been found to be inversely correlated with the presence of folic acid and B6 and B12
  vitamin presence.
• Melatonin has an antioxidant function in the follicle4 .
• Similarly, patients with irregular menstrual cycles or polycystic ovary syndrome have vitamin D3 deficiency, which correlates with the onset of insulin resistance, menstrual cycle disorders and PCOS5 .
