1. Intellectual property rights

a) The Website is the property of Green Pharma. Green Pharma reserves all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, in connection with the Website or the information contained therein, unless it is specifically stated that such rights belong to other parties. No reproduction, distribution, modification, supplementation or duplication of the content of the Website and the information contained therein is permitted without the written consent of the owner of the intellectual property concerned. The website and the information contained therein may not be used for any purpose other than for personal information.

b) In the case of quotation of any information set out on the Website, reference to the copyright owner is mandatory.

c) The use of trademarks and logos contained on the Website is only permitted with the prior written consent of Green Pharma.

2. Website content

a) The information provided on the Website is for information purposes only, unless otherwise stated. Green Pharma reserves the right to change, remove or modify the information contained on the Website at any time without prior notice.

b) We have endeavoured to ensure that the information on the website is correct and truthful. However, Green Pharma does not warrant that the information contained on the Website is always accurate or complete, except for information that is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia or arising from the contractual relationship between Green Pharma and its customers.

c) We shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect or consequential) arising from inaccurate or unverified information published on the website, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

d) Green Pharma does not guarantee the availability of the services and/or products listed on the Website.

e) The Website may contain links to third party websites. Green Pharma is not responsible for the content of third party websites and the services offered therein, nor for any loss or damage caused as a result of visiting them using the text links provided on the Website.

 3. Description of products

a) The description and composition of the products published on the website are approximate and we reserve the right to make changes that do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

b) Corrections of errors or changes to the range of products on the website may be made without notice. The price and availability of the product are also subject to change without notice.

4. Making a purchase

a) You can purchase products on the website by adding them to your basket and completing the order form, providing your contact details, delivery method, address and payment method.

b) We will confirm the order by sending an email to the address you have provided, which will also serve as a contract between the parties (whether or not the email is received).

5. Payment of the Purchase

a) Payment for your purchase can be made on the website by cashless payment (bank transfer, debit or credit card payments as well as PayPal).

b) All payments shall be made in Euro only.

c) Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the owner of the platform Maksekeskus AS. The payment process is also handled by Paypal (you are bound by the terms and conditions set by these companies).

6. Price

a) The price of the product is the price shown on the website at the time we confirm your order. Taxes will also be included. Delivery costs are not included in the price.

b) In addition to the price of the product, you will also have to pay the delivery costs indicated on the website, unless you are entitled to free delivery. Purchases valued at more than 35 Euro are delivered free of charge anywhere in Latvia. If the total value of the purchase does not exceed 35 Euro, the delivery fee in Latvia is 4 Euro if you choose delivery to an parcel machine and 5 Euro if you choose courier services.

c) Despite our best efforts to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content on the Website, errors may occur and product prices may be inaccurately displayed. In this case, we will contact you to stop the order process. We are not obliged to deliver goods purchased at a time when the product price is incorrect.

7. Delivery of products

a) We will deliver the products in the manner of your choice to the address you specify from our warehouse in Latvia.

b) Products are delivered within 1 – 3 working days in Latvia. All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe and quality delivery.

8. Return of products

a) If the delivered order contains an incorrect product or is defective or has any other fault, please contact Green Pharma within 14 days by e-mail: info@greenpharma.lv or by phone: +37126547749 (working days 8.00 - 17.00)

b) Please note: If you have not received your parcel within the specified time, you have 14 days to report it. If this is not done within the time limit, we are not obliged to compensate for the damage. If you find that an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it with a new one, provided that the damaged item is returned to us within 14 days. If this is not done within the time limit, we are not obliged to compensate for the damage.

c) Quality assurance: we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If the products delivered to you are not of good quality, please return them to the following address:

d) You must pay all costs associated with returning the products. We cannot be held responsible for products that are not returned to our warehouse, so please use the postal service that informs you of their arrival.

9. Cancellation of an order

a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, stating the order no. and the reason for the return.

b) If you cancel your order after the product has been dispatched or received, you are obliged to return it to the above address, at the costs incurred.

c) If the product packaging has been opened and the product has been put into service, the order cannot be cancelled, but the point about the quality of the product still applies (see point 8c).

10. Common rules

a) The products advertised and sold on the Website are for individual use only. Resale of products is prohibited.

b) By agreeing to the Website Terms of Use, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is described here.

c) All disputes and differences arising shall be settled by negotiation between the Parties. If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to the courts.
